What data is processed and why

• Contact emails and demo requests. Name, company, email address and the content of the message, to reply and, if requested, arrange the demo. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to a contract, and consent (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
• Technical visit data. The hosting provider logs the IP address and technical data of each request to serve the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this domain, with no third-party requests.

How long data is kept

Emails are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts or until deletion is requested. Hosting logs are kept according to the provider’s retention periods.

Recipients and processors

No data is shared with third parties unless required by law. The following process data on the controller’s behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of the site.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — email and, once enabled, demo booking.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, it is under GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lucas@presail.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). The Spanish version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
